I recently moved to Vancouver from my hometown of Ogden, Utah. I have family in the Portland vicinity and grew up visiting the area often. I can't wait to indulge in everything this beautiful area has to offer! In Utah, I had a handful of clients who were from Portland, making it feel like this is where I was meant to be.
I have always known I wanted to do hair. I began cosmetology school my junior year of high school and have worked in various jobs related to the hair industry. I have been working as a stylist for 4 + years. My true passion lies in cutting and coloring. I strive to keep up to date on the current trends and continue my education whenever possible. I am well rounded in performing long to short haircuts, adding a funky color pattern, or keeping colors blended and natural. I am also a certified Hairlocs hair extension specialist and love seeing the transformation of going from short to long, or adding some thickness to thin, fine hair.
I am continuing my academic education as well. So far, I am undecided on my major. However, my interests are anthropology, sociology, and history. Doing hair will always be my career of choice. I love learning about people, which makes my passion for the beauty industry that much more enjoyable. My favorite activities include travel, skiing, camping, being in the water in the summer, and I am obsessed with my little dogs Peanut and Frankie.
